the Holy Rosary.
The Rosary is a meditation on the Gospel. The words repeat gently while the heart walks with Jesus and Mary through each mystery.
Before you begin
Bring your intention.
Choose a person, need, thanksgiving, or burden to place before God. Find a quiet place if possible. You may use Rosary beads, your fingers, or simply follow along on this website.

Begin at the crucifix
Make the Sign of the Cross and pray the Apostles’ Creed.

Pray the opening beads
Pray one Our Father, three Hail Marys for faith, hope, and charity, then one Glory Be.

Announce the first mystery
Read its Scripture, picture the Gospel scene, and ask for the fruit of that mystery.

Pray one decade
Pray one Our Father, ten Hail Marys, one Glory Be, and the Fatima Prayer.
- 05
Continue through five mysteries
Repeat the decade for each mystery, returning your attention gently to Jesus whenever it wanders.
- 06
Conclude in peace
Pray the Hail, Holy Queen and finish with the Sign of the Cross. Remain silent for a moment if you can.
